This site was the former Federal #2 building, it contains 8 stories with over1.3MM/SF, which was at the time of purchase the largest vacant building in Brooklyn NY. In2011, this site was successfully purchased through an RFP that was offered through the BEDC of NYC, ANM Group was the syndicator and organized this deal from start to completion.
